How to Obtain a Raw Header on a Received EMail from Outlook

Microsoft Outlook and Office365 is a business email platform that is widely used.  However, it's not obvious how to get the "raw header" of an email a user has received.  The "raw header" is a critical piece of information in troubleshooting deliverability delays, security, junking and other issues.

Here's a simple procedure for an OUTLOOK user to get the raw header of an email they have received.

1. Double-click on the email to open it fully. 
2. Click on "File" then select "Properties" top left.
3. In the "Properties" window, locate the "Internet headers" section at the bottom. 
4. Here you see the header information.  You can highlight the header information and copy and paste into a ticket or email as needed.
